After you submit

You will receive an acknowledgement with a unique reference number. A decision is ordinarily communicated within 15 working days of complete documentation. If declined, the principal reason is sent in writing. Incomplete papers pause the clock. Cooling-off of 3 working days runs only after a written sanction.
