Matsya Fincap Private Limited (“the Company”) is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this website. The Company is the lender — not a marketplace or lending-service partner acting for another NBFC.
We collect identity, contact, financial, property and device data that you submit, and bureau / CKYC data with consent, to appraise, service and recover loans and to meet RBI, PMLA, tax and CICRA duties. We do not sell personal data.
Recipients may include CICs, CKYCR, valuers, lawyers, auditors, recovery agents (after notice), IT processors in India, and statutory authorities. Digital lending partners, if appointed, will be listed on the Digital lending page before they process data.
Personal data collected for digital lending is stored in India. The website does not seek access to phone contacts, photos, or unused files.
You may access, correct or withdraw consent by writing to support@matsyafincap.com, subject to statutory retention (typically eight years of KYC / loan records, or longer if litigation). Withdrawal may mean we cannot lend or must close the facility as per contract.
